switching it vegan using this magical yeast, making tofu scramble, vegan parmesan (cashew), and vegan asparagus. The last item was difficult going but worth the effort.

healthy stuff (unlike other nooch we have found in Europe and Asia). We use it mostly on top of salad or pasta because it adds a nice cheesy or nutty flavour. I've also dabbled in making homemade vegan nut cheeses, and I use in those recipes.
