Blackstrap molasses

Very smokey taste with the sweet hint. I bought it to make my own umami sauce, but it would definitely be good for any marinade.

It's nice to sweeten baked goods or porridge. Taste is great

This tastes a bit like licorice. It's nice, but it's thick and kind of hard to mix. #veganuary

Really not a fan of the taste of this sweetener. If anyone has any recipe ideas for it , please let me know - wouldn’t want to waste it 🥴

Blackstrap molasses is quite an acquired taste. This one is great for using with baking rye bread.
