Ottimo. Si sente un retrogusto affumicato ma non è pesante, la consistenza è più compatta e meno sbricciolosa di altri tofu che ho provato. Per ora l'ho mangiato al naturale in insalata ed è fantastico, ben cotto sarà ancora meglio!
