Molto buono, meno gommoso rispetto agli altri che ho provato.
La porzione doppia è comoda; leggermente gommosetto ma se tagliato fino non si sente! Fatto con la ricetta simil-kebab di Annapanna è molto buono!
Ho provato questo seitan di farro per realizzare uno spezzatino con il vino, è stato molto apprezzato anche dai commensali onnivori.
Seitan discreto considerando che non è artigianale, al farro mi pare meno dolciastro di altri provati. Anche fatto scottare sulla piastra ci sta.
