Belgian Chocolate & Raspberry Cake

This was amazing. Quite pricey compared to the non vegan cakes but oh my gosh. The taste! I bought this for a friends birthday as she requested I get something I could eat too and the cake went down so well. I was the only vegan and everyone loved it! Big win! 🌱 🪴 🍰 🍫

Rich chocolate flavour with a hint of raspberry. Quite dense and very filling! Decorated with chocolate icing and raspberry pieces which looks really pretty. Bought for many birthdays since going vegan! 💚🥳

This cake was delicious, great texture and thick, chocolate fudgey icing. A nice hint of raspberry that wasn't overpowering, so even those who don't really like chocolate and raspberry enjoyed it. Made a great birthday cake 🎂

A very rich dark chocolate cake with a hint of raspberry. The chocolate coating is generous. Not sure of price as was kindly given to me. Obviously not a healthful food! I think I slightly prefer the Bosh! cakes (also usually available in Tesco), which at £3.50 seem very good value, but are smaller, maybe half the size of this. Despite the (lovely) richness of this cake, I think the serving suggestion ("serves 12") is optimistic (they wouldn't be generous slices)!
