Ideal para hacer licuados. Ninguna leche vegetal me gusta sola. Lo interesante es la cantidad de calcio que tiene (es la que mas tiene de todas las marcas que conozco), me la indicó la nutricionista para no tener que suplementarme con calcio
Rica , sana , puede usarse para preparaciones como salsa blanca por ejemplo ( es decir saladas) ya que no tiene azucar
