A good way to eat less carbs s d more proteins. The Passat had a bit of a different bite than regular wheat pasta, but this cream tomato sauce made it very tasty. A bit expensive, but again, worth if you are looking for more proteins.

The taste was really good and the consistency of the noodles are decent. When cooking them the water gets really foamy and there is a strange sort of plastic aroma that occurs. Aside from that the meal itself was delicious and packed with protein.

I want to love these, but the texture is off for me. But I will say my husband enjoys it.

This pasta has become the only pasta that we eat. It provides extra protein and fiber with less of the carbs. Alone, it does taste different and has a slightly different texture than "normal" pasta but once you add sauce, spices and other ingredients it tastes great and you don't even notice.
