This was surprisingly good! I have fried this “bacon” in a pan, mixed with onions and vegan cream and used it for a pasta dish. It looks very similar to real bacon but the taste is more sweet. Texture is good and when fried it becomes crispy. Reccomended and it’s something I would occasionally buy again.
