Davvero ottimo. Una sorta di patè spalmabile dal sapore di funghi. Gustoso e buono accompagnato da formaggi vegan. Consigliato!

I guess I won't buy this spread again, but it's not that bad. I hate shiitake mushrooms, but chiefly because of the slimy texture. This spread tastes pretty mild and a bit peaty (does it make sense to use this word to describe food?). The ingredient list isn't very nice: The first word is water, it contains palm oil, the mushroom share isn't big and in general it's not an explosion of nutrients. But well, no one claimed that and at least the spread is organic.
