Heck yessss, this stuff is GREAT! We are all big fans-nice crust, rich flavour, lots of apple filling, soooo good with a scoop of vegan vanilla ice-cream and vegan whipped cream!

Who doesn’t love the typical strudel from Florence? 😬 This frozen strudel is available for super cheap at Lidl, it’s very easy to prepare (just leave it in the oven for 35/40 minutes) and it’s pretty tasty too. It is vegan if you read through all the ingredients but unfortunately it’s not marked as such on the packaging, otherwise I would have tried this much earlier on. #lidl #strudel #dessert #cake #frozen #vegandessert
