I was actually surprised at how good these noodles were! For vegan fast meals,

I think this is one of the best. I like how there were lots of mushrooms, green beans, and sesame seeds. The cashew cream sauce is probably my favorite part, since it is sweet and delicious! The sauce goes perfectly with these noodles. I definitely recommend this product for a quick vegan meal on a busy day. 💜💚

These are pretty good noodles with a good amount of veggies including carrots, mushrooms, broccoli,

green beans. There’s also some small cubes of tofu. The sauce is sparse, but very tasty. Not hot at all. I didn’t add hot sauce as I normally would because I thought it would overwhelm the sauce. I’d buy this again.

Have so much to do and so little time? Here's an easy solution with Amy's.

I topped mine with some chilies. Could use more sauce (which can be easily added yourself). Even if you're short on sauces, olive oil would work. The cashew cream sauce isn't noticable really. It has what one needs for a meal.
