Vegan carpaccio

I don't think I have ever had carpaccio so I don't have anything to compare

it with. I was skeptical about the texture of the carpaccio, but it was nice. It went well with the included pesto and pine nuts.

Loved the taste. I would suggest to reduce plastic and have alternative packaging

This vegan carpaccio with dressing and pine nuts and cheese is fantastic! Do roast the

pine nuts for more taste and I prefer extra cheese :)

The vegan carpaccio resembles enough the real one. It is definitely enjoyable. It is a

portion for 2 even if seems for 1. I advice it.
