An amazing cashew-based cheese I bought in Canada, this is the black garlic flavour. Plenty of umami in each spoonful, perfect to pair with a meal which needs an extra kick #reviewwithaview

Malgré son apparence un peu louche (imitation de cendré), ce fauxmage est un vrai coup de cœur. Bien crémeux et goût d’ail noir parfaitement dosé 🫶

Super bon gout pour ceux qui aiment l’ail, avec une baguette et du vin c’est parfait
