Acquisto formaggi vegani che dovrebbero fondersi sempre con scetticismo perché il più delle volte non si fondono. Questo però si è fuso! L'ho utilizzato per farcire dei burrito vegani, e il suo sapore delicato è servito a smorzare quello estremamente piccante del chili.
