I don't have any food allergies, but this is a great option for anyone that does! As the brand suggests, they are very school friendly because they don't use a lot of common allergens. I love a little #coffeecake moment so when I saw these at Target I decided to give them a try. I've had abe's before and these are definitely consistent in terms of quality and texture. These were dangerously yummy! Very difficult to eat just one. I know the serving size is 2 muffins but I’m trying to practice self control with my food choices. Anyways! They were soft but didn’t fall apart as much as I thought they might. The crumbles on top were really good. I will admit that it has a long list of ingredients. I only bought them this one time only because (once again) they are expensive and difficult for me to find. Such a lovely treat though. I highly recommend them.
