I used to purchase expensive vitamin C serums, but Dr. Greger’s “How Not to Age” contained a fascinating secret: you can cheaply buy L-ascorbic acid powder and mix it with water to create your own. Apparently the studies with the most impressive results have used L-ascorbic acid, but it’s not as shelf stable in liquid form so most beauty companies use other forms of the vitamin. So this was significantly cheaper and is supposed to be more effective for minimizing oxidative damage - sign me up! The concoction (3g powder with 30g water) is a little grittier than liquid formulas I’ve tried in the past but it absorbs well and quickly. I put on my moisturizer with SPF right after without problems. So far no irritation (I patch tested on my wrist first) and no difference in my skin’s apparence compared to when I was using the expensive stuff!

Vitamina C pura, in polvere. Si utilizza sciogliendola in acqua pura o in un'acqua floreale. Va preparata possibilmente sul momento, perché la soluzione una volta pronta si degrada nel tempo. Ottimo prodotto.
Io preferisco la versione in polvere alle altre, al mattino verso qualche goccia di acido ialuronico e poi unisco un cucchiaino di vit c. Prezzo basso e dura a lungo.
Non credo di essere soddisfatta da questo prodotto. Non ho notato cambiamenti radicali e ogni tanto rimane troppo “spesso” per la mia pelle. Magari non era il prodotto per me
