Zucchini Salad

This starter was so fresh and beautiful! It's a great summer dish, so get it while you can! Tori uses fresh, seasonal ingredients so a salad with zucchini and corn in August fits right into that. The zucchini is cut into very thin noodle-like threads and is on a layer of delicious creamy vegan sauce. I'm not sure what it exactly was, but it tasted great! The corn was roasted and added nice little pops of flavor. I really enjoyed the crispy onion on top. Tori is very much a chef-driven restaurant and this dish demonstrates that!
