Zhouyu Claypot (Vegetarian)

I opted for the vegetarian Zhouyu Claypot with tofu and mushrooms, which is vegan and I loved it! The dish had less salt so I asked for some soy sauce to add to my rice. The portion size was generous and good for two people. There was a lot of broccoli in this dish, but I’m not sure if broccoli is traditionally used in Chinese claypots. Perhaps bok choy, oyster mushrooms, and edamame would have been better choices. I was supposed to bring an abillion restaurant sticker with me, but I forgot. I’ll definitely visit this place again and hand over the sticker next time. 😊 #VegansOfChennai #ECR
