Yum yum rice bowl with marinated tofu

This rice bowl has steamed rice, secret sauce (make sure to request the dairy-free version), crispy onions, charred squash, shiitake, Chinese broccoli, basil, peanuts, and crispy marinated tofu. I really enjoy the tofu at WSK, whether it's in a burrito or rice bowl. It's crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside. I felt like this rice bowl could have used more suace. This has looooads of flavor and textures. It’s probably my favorite bowl I’ve ever had!
