Yo Sushi Vegan Menu

unfortunately i was too hungry to stop and take a picture of the first few things i ate - which were avocado maki and yasai temaki. both of this were v nice and couldn’t fault them. in the pictures there are: edamame beans, inari tofu, and spicy pepper cauliflower. the edamame beans were good as always, although there was a lack of salt sprinkled on top the inari taco was so delicious that i had another plate later on. it was sort of like a yorkshire pudding made from tofu, filled with rice, avocado, spring onion and sriracha mayo (i like all of these things so thought it was great) the spicy pepper cauliflower had a good flavour but i would’ve liked it to be a bit more crispy and spicy i don’t often go to yo sushi but i had a 25% off discount code which made it significantly cheaper
