Hello, everyone! 👋 I’m wishing a good morning, evening, or any time zone you are in to you. ☺️ Today, I visited Ahimsa for a classic yellow #dal. The #veggies and #lentils were soft, and it was relatively light in flavor, with a gentle fragrance from the tempered #cumin and garden #herbs. 😌 The dal was a little watery, so I’d recommend using a small bowl. 😅 Overall, dal is a classic #vegan dish and can be prepared at home in a little less than a half hour, but it certainly was nice to try it from Ahimsa.
