Xinjiang-spiced mushroom kebabs with tahini cashew cream

What an amazing evening tasting all this delicious vegan food. The oyster mushroom and seitan kebabs were my favorite of everything I tried last night. Juicy, flavorful, spicy and tangy. 10/10
