I got hungry while traveling back from Erlangen and the train from Nürnberg in between had a wonderful little bistro on board. I was super happy to find a vegan menu in there 🥰. Very happy and proud of Deutsche Bahn for being inclusive. The only thing missing was plant milks 😊. I guess they’ll have that soon enough 🌱
