Wild Blueberry Pancakes

These are my favorite vegan pancakes,, or probably favorite pancakes in general that I’ve ever had!! They were everythingg I want in a pancake. The pancakes were pillowy and fluffy, the wild blueberries were sweet but tart, the butter was creamy and added a nice salty contrast, the maple syrup was perfectly sweet and soaked up well into the pancakes, and you can’t go wrong with adding bananas. Just a perfect breakfast plate in my opinion. Pricey for pancakes but it gives good quality and is worth it in my opinion. I’ve come back a few times just for these pancakes 😍
