Wholemeal Tofu & Guacamole Wrap

I didn’t eat this, my sister thud because they only do gluten wraps. She enjoyed the taste of it and how big the potion was.

I really wish I could make my wraps taste like this. Lots of crunchy veggies inside with a thicccc yummy block of tofu and vegan sauce 💯 The wholemeal wrap is thin which I was very happy about, bc the wraps I buy from supermarkets are always too thick and with every bite it tastes like dough instead of the ingredients inside, but not this one

Not a bad tasting dish, the wrap was cooked nicely but overall not very filling or satiating as the tofu to lettuce ratio was a bit off. Also considering that it’s on the pricier side for a wrap, it’s not really worth it.

I really liked the taste of it, the guacamole was more like a sauce and runnier than a guac is, and goes superbly with the pan seared tofu. Lots of greens in it too. But I just feel the price tag makes it super inaccessible. $18++ for the wrap itself, no sides or anything. #crf
