White truffle sauce pizza

It’s crowning glory has to be #purevegan on the fourth floor. We chose this white truffle pizza to combine with broth-like dishes to enjoy different textures. I wasn’t anticipating what original and flavourful layers of taste could be drawn out of a pizza! #morel and #matsutake mushrooms, #asparagus were layed in vegan cheese and baked to perfection in a light crusted pastry. The mushrooms were dressed in a black pepper sauce which dispensed with any blandness. The white truffle was delicate, somehow linking all the elements.
