Not the prettiest after delivery XD but it's okay. As I understand, these are typically filled with pork - I'm not sure what they use here. However, usually I love love love all kinds of dumplings, but these I wasn't a huge fan of. This is a Hoi An specialty that’s normally made with pork, which they’ve veganized with mushrooms. It’s a nice dish for sharing. It has a slightly vinegary sauce and a thin noodle. Very tasty!
