My dad works in Copenhagen, so sometimes he invites me with him, so we can have lunch together.💕 Today we went to Souls, one of our favourite vegan restaurants.🌿 I got the Warm Potato Salad which comes with roasted sweet and golden potatoes, marinated tofu, artichoke, hummus, toasted nuts, kale, truffle dressing, curry cashew dressing, and garlic bread.🥔 I'll give it a 7/10: it was really tasty. The dressings were spiced really well and coated each and every bite, no flavour was missing. The potatoes were roasted to perfection. The garlic bread was like a huge chunk of crouton, so crispy.😱 But it wasn't as much of a "salad" as I'd thought. I know it's a "potato" salad, but I'd liked to have some more of the other ingredients, especially artichoke and kale.👍🏻 #vegan #salad #potatoes
