Vietnamese Lemongrass Noodle Soup

This big bowl of noodles was flavourful contained broccoli, carrot, vegan ham, mushrooms, etc. It was prepared by Vietnamese chef Grace from Karma Waters in Vietnam, so the flavours are legit. A good portion size and not spicy.
