Ginger Mule is a fully vegan restaurant. I found this big salad bowl a touch under seasoned but it was very fresh and crunchy - which I liked. The bowl has baked #tofu, rice noodles, lettuce, shredded carrot, mushrooms, cucumber, red bell peppers, bean sprouts, cilantro microgreens, sesame seeds and cashews with a sweet chili dressing. #houstonvegan #veganrestaurant 🥬🍄
