I deviated slightly from my 二菜一汤 philosophy because I thought that this #beancurd dish would
be decently liquid 😅 In the end, what happened was that the single-use plastic container had one job and failed to do it, disgorging maybe a third of the #blackbean sauce out into the carrier bag and making a mess of the entire thing 😒
Dish was okay but not outstanding. The #tofu was the star attraction but accompanied by cuts of #babycorn, #carrot, #capsicum, and #tomato
