They didn't officially call this #kangkong #belacan, but you can tell from the flavour of
the #sambal that the smokiness wasn't far from mind 😉 Nice crunchy leaves and stems with a delicious sauce, ever so lightly #spicy (they throw in chilli slices which you can decide to eat or ignore)
