Wow I loved this dish! Great flatbread, crunchy type crust with some lovely avocado, zucchini,
mushrooms, and asparagus! I got the lunch sized option that came with a side salad- definitely recommend this (be sure to ask for avocado cheese if you want it to be vegan!)
