Vegetarian Pho

the best pho in south delta from all the places i’ve tried. that being said, is nothing compared to “Chi” that i tried in vancouver. all of the ingredients are good but being a vegan now i know where to get all of these ingredients in the grocery store so i mean… but regardless, the broth was decently flavourful and the veggies were steamed nicely. the tofu puffs im not a fan of but you gotta get the protein somehow i guess. thin slices of non puffed would have definitely been better. they had a section for the veggie eaters so i knew where to look on the menu. a good rainy day meal as it is warm and cozy. if you are dining in, don’t expect good service though… you get your food and they leave you alone lol. the bowl was huge though so im not mad about that. #veganisnotscary
