Vegetarian Bak Kut Teh

I feel like I need to put this disclaimer upfront: I had this dish a really long time ago, back when it had just opened, so if I remember the name of the dish incorrectly, or I do not remember the taste of the dish accurately, it is purely because this was from some time back and I have had more memorable dishes from other places since then. Anyway, this dish was...interesting, to say the least. The soup had a very bizarre lemongrass flavour to it, which was just not to my liking, but if you love lemongrass, then maybe this dish is for you. It had a strange mix of vegetables as well, like okra and carrot strips. I do like that the rice comes sprinkled with sesame seeds. This dish is good in terms of nutrition, but honestly I feel that since almost every vegetarian stall has some variation of BKT, you can probably skip the version here and get some of their other dishes instead.
