This vegetable vindaloo was certainly #spicy! 🥵🌶️ What an experience. 😅 The colors and flavor were both equally vibrant, and there was an amazing array of #vegetables in this #vegan #curry. 🌱 Awarning of caution, however, is that you’ll definitely need the #basmati #rice 🍚 to balance out the spice!
