Veganised Seaweed Tempura Tofu with Meatless Unagi Roll

Ask for a vegan version through the staff (the mobile ordering platform doesn’t allow for special orders). They’ll replace the mayo with more unagi sauce :D Love the well-marinated, sweet & savoury kabayaki eggplant that’s slightly on the sweeter side. Pairs well with the v crunchy tempura bits, mini cucumber & carrot pieces, sushi rice and seaweed. Especially love the slightly crispy kale tofu that are soft and plain tofu cubes coated with a super flavourful seaweed-tasting batter.
