This was my 45th birthday 🎂 and my usual bakery quit making vegan cakes 😭 I decided to try The Pastry Factory, which is a gourmet cake and cupcake shop located in the North Market. There were so many incredible flavors to choose from, it was hard to decide. I went with something fairly neutral. Champagne cake, #strawberry 🍓 filling and a white chocolate #veganbuttercream. The cake had a spice cake flavor, which I loved, I just wish there was more of it and less icing. It was super sweet but really delicious and #beautiful. It cost around $45 for an 8" triple layer and that seems fair.
