Vegan takoyaki "octopus balls"

I was amazed to find vegan takoyaki on the menu. And when you think of it - this should be one of the easiest vegan dishes to make! Still I have never seen it before, and was very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely order this again, YUM!! Small note: a thick chunk of "octopus" was missing, so it was more like a gooey dough ball, but the flavours combined turned it into something very tasty. I hope vegan octopus will arrive soon, Vegan Zeastar does an amazing job with all the other plantbased fish so far, so I have high hopes!
