Vegan Steak tartare

It was a very hot weekend here in Belgium 🥵 I got sunburned cause i was in the sun for 5 minutes (gingers 🙄). And my family dragged me to go shopping (🤮) Luckily they also dragged me to go eat out 😋😋😋 I love the Grote Post, it’s my favorite restaurant in the west of Flanders!😆 This is a vegan Steak Tartare, a traditionally Belgian or French (not certain) dish. It’s normally made of ground up raw horse or cow meat with pepper, salt and an egg yolk. I used to order this all the time This looks the same, and tasted very similar 😋 Just the texture was very different but i don’t mind Idk what they this is made out of, but i’d judge they have accomplished it! 🤩 Served with fries 🍟 All the vegan options in this restaurant are far more expensive than the non vegan ones tho 😒😒😒 #vegansteak #ifitsnotveganitsnotfood
