Vegan Seitan Donair

I was SO excited to try a vegan Halifax donair and this did not disappoint! So much flavour with savoury seitan and sweet donair sauce. This felt packed with protein without being too heavy. Very much satisfied a craving. I substituted the chickpea salad for the fries. It was more rice-based than I expected but still tasty. This restaurant was also super impressive. It appears to be a low-key pub, but is focused on sustainability and support of local vendors. I loved their mission, and their service was great to boot.
