Vegan Roasted Pork Belly Garlic Noodles

This dish was delicious!! It has Banh Mi Up's famous housemade vegan roasted pork belly, which is #crispy and tastes incredible! It comes with wheat noodles drenched in their secret sauce, topped with green onions and served with mixed spring greens. Make sure to ask for NO CHEESE on the noodles for this dish to be vegan.  For some reason this dish normally comes with cow cheese even though it has the word vegan in the dish name!
