Vegan Ramen

Ramen con tofu fritto, servito in un piatto di acciaio. Inservibile da l'opzione di scegliere il grado di piccantezza, io ho scelto 1 e non è molto piccante ma alla fine del pasto lo si percepisce. Illocale è molto carino c'è un tavolo condiviso al centro che dà l'opportunità di socializzare con altre persone.

A solid, good ramen you can’t go wrong with. The noodles are good and the tofu is nice and crispy. However, they put sweet & sour sauce on top of the tofu which doesn’t really fit in in my opinion and the broth is also rather clear than than thick and rich (as you would expect from a proper ramen)

This dish is so good, you need to ask to take out the egg to be vegan. Also be careful with the spicy

Sabe e come-se tão bem 🥲 a massa e ótima e o tofu também. Quanto ao picante, houve um período em que se tornou irritante na garganta, mas ontem voltou a estar perfeito, ou seja, um belo aditivo 😎 este é daqueles sítios a que apetece ir todas as semanas, e tenho inveja de quem tem o espírito de iniciativa para fazê-lo

Definitely the best ramen in town! 🍜 If you’re in Lisbon this is a must go, the place is not vegan but it got a vegan option. It’s like 8€ for a regular bowl and 10,50€ for a huge one with extra tofu! Love it 🥰
