Vegan Quesadillas

vegan quesadillas with jackfruit filling. again, jackfruit is a killer fruit. works wonders as a vegan meat option.

flour tortilla with melted queso blanco. They have a vegan crema mexicana they top it with and it’s so good. Rice and beans are tasty.

so good we got chorizo and papas, very filling!!!!
