Vegan Quesadilla

I really enjoyed this vegan dish! The quesadilla included mixed veggies, vegan tex mex cheeze, vegan southwest sauce and beans. It came with sides of salsa, guac and homemade mexican rice. I also added Beyond Chkn as an extra. The portion is large and already vegan!

Deliciously filled with a generous portion of roasted veggies and vegan cheese. This is the only restaurant quesadilla I’ve liked since I’m vegan. #tierradeanimales
