vegan philly

We have been to this place twice and loved everything except for this sandwich. It definitely needs more work. I agree with the previous review about this sandwich being too dry, although the photo in that review still looks better than the one we got. There is just the tiniest amount of pepper and onion. The sandwich is mostly dense seitan stacked, not a delicious juicy philly like I was expecting. i have a mixed review on this one. it is flavorful, the cheese melts perfectly, but it is pretty dry. would i get it again, no. was it the worst thing ever, no. it has seitan, cheese, peppers, and onions, as well as veganaise on a cibatta bun #abillionturns3
