Vegan pepperoni pizza

A vegan spin on a classic pepperoni pizza that tasted delicious! Rudy’s Gourmet Pizza has an entire vegan menu and never disappoints. It for sure is a staple of the Portland metro area!

Overall this was ok. Neither me nor my 3 kids liked the vegan pepperoni. It had a strange, thick and chewy texture and didn't really taste like pepperoni.

This pie features the new Field Roast pepperoni. Follow Your Heart cheese. Overall simple and good! I love pairing it with their homemade dill ranch.

It seems that all we've been doing for take out lately is Rudy's pizza. But so worth it! The vegan pepperoni was pretty good. My favorite part of their pizza is the crust. #veganisnotscary
