Vegan Pancakes

Well, this dish was a tad underwhelming and lacked flavor and “freshness” and even just some maple syrup. Vegan options in Langebaan (West Coast), yes indeed! I had this for breakfast, it was “ok”, but does need improvement as the pancakes are quite thick and doughy and there’s no sauce (like maple syrup or preserve or so). The toppings are not enough for the amount of pancakes and just one small scoop of vegan ice cream (coconut ice cream). A for effort at least and the price was not bad at all (R55). It tasted ok, but as I say, just lacked some more sauce/toppings and less doughy/thick pancakes.
