Vegan Oat Prawns

One of my absolute favourite dishes, oat prawn aka #cerealprawn brings me back to many a delightful (but sadly omnivorous) family dinner. I've done the rounds at so many vegetarian restaurants but this will always be one of those marked vegetarian but not vegan. And now Greens & Grains have found a way to make this work with #oatmilk instead 💪 The #veganprawn isn't super impressive, it's just one of those chewy things that you use for #veganseafood. But omg the golden oats are an ode to how #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease 😊 I still had a surfeit of them after I'd polished off the prawns, guess what happened next 😁 P.S. main photo is of all 3 of the things I ordered from Greens & Grains; the dish in question here is the golden stuff in the upper left quadrant of the plate 😉
