Normally I just state the english name of a product. But this time, I
realised that no one was going to be able to figure out what 'RaBa' is supposed to be unless I put the chinese name on as well.
It's a curry laksa, but not very santan (coconut milk)- heavy; more of a broth and curry powder base.
Comes with tofu, enoki mushrooms, tofu puffs (豆腐卜), and some lettuce. The bunga kantan (torch ginger) was a surprise, but appreciated too. The noodles were thick and springy, with an instant noodle type texture that absorbed the soup a little.
Pretty cheap, and I got enough soup to make a second bowl of curry noodles.
